My profession is to look into people's eyes and ask them about their fondest financial hopes and deepest financial fears.
I was born in New Orleans, grew up in the Southeast Houston area, lived in Slidell, Louisiana, from 1990-2013, and am back in Texas.
I graduated from Dobie High School, attended LSU and was in the band, and graduated from Houston Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
I enjoy following sports, reading widely and deeply, and volunteering in community service groups. I have experience in public speaking for groups from 5 to 5,000 in attendance locally, nationally, and internationally. I have a part-time hobby in standup comedy that is clean and family-friendly.
I have been married for 38+ years and have been blessed with 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
