Focused, driven, and passionate, Nickelle Leist has been a leader her field for over 13 years. Nickelle entered the insurance world in a marketing role right after college. She fell in love with the people and industry at a Million dollar round table meeting in California. Realizing her true calling was in sales, she became licensed and began working in the annuity division. Since that day, she has honed her skill set to become a top producer and respected figure.
Nickelle brings a wealth of experience to White Rhino. Her contributions in top level management as Field Vice President of Guardian Life and National Brokerage Director at Pinney Insurance Inc. directly compounded the success of each company. Her expertise spans many aspects, ranging from account management to recruitment and consulting. In her position as the first hire to the Guardian Life NEXT UP program, she successfully created an onboard training program and served as a consultant on various business activities including recruitment, risk management, and marketing. Her role in these activities resulted in a more streamlined process and increased agency growth and profitability.
Always interested in expanding her knowledge base and exercising her skills in leadership, Nickelle served as the NAFIA National Young Advisor Chair for two years from 2012-2014, the NAIFA California Young Advisor Chair for 4 years, and the NAIFA Austin, TX programs chair for 2 years. Nickelle enjoys running in marathons and has participated and placed in races around the country.
