Tara was born and raised in Bismarck, ND. She moved to Houston in August of 2004. She has two children, Jordan and Micayla.
Tara is a member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church and Shadowhawk Golf Club. She is an Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver. Tara is a co-founder of the Ray Family Foundation.
